Andreas, Co-Founder of Cromatics, takes us on a very inspiring journey, how they regularly work with professional coaches to increase the quality of their work but also help their employees to grow on a personal level.
Very honestly, Andreas speaks about a time, when they understood their problems start at the top, within the leadership level. Once they have achieved great results with coaching work on the leader level, they started to bring coaching work to the rest of the company.
Employees are encouraged to work on private projects at work. Andreas tells us, why he believes this will make his company more successful in the long run, why this increases ownership and the creativity of the employees.
